Abstract
This paper is about a specific treatment that workers in our legal system with some kind of disabilities receive. In particular an analysis has been done about those with "disabilities" after the Spanish Laboral reform in 2012. This analysis studies the current recruitment system in our Country for those whose functional capacities are reduced. In short, a study about employment policies has been carried out, intended to encourage the integration of this group that suffers, particularly intense, the consecuencies of unemployment and job insecurity, specially in the current financial crisis and occupation.
