Abstract

Con el fin de mejorar nuestro conocimiento sobre las leyes y reglas que debemos examinar toda la información que podamos. Los animales gregarios tienen su propia manera, heterogénea y dispar, de organizar a sus grupos y es absurdo seguir despreciando esta importante experiencia que nos proporciona la vida. Somos conscientes que mucha gente, bajo un punto de vista antropocéntrico, considerara que tratar de introducir estos estudios de comportamiento animal a los humanos como un absurdo. Sin embargo, consideramos que este tipo de análisis trasversal con las ciencias etológica y etnográfica podría reportar un alto grado de utilidad, atendiendo que actualmente desde el plano científico hablar de inteligencia animal donde ya no se considera un tabú. De un lado, os problemas de supervivencia, de adaptación al entorno y al medio ambiente, del otro, de cómo podemos acoplar al grupo y sus diferentes personalidades, cómo podemos estructurar un grupo compacto y cómo podemos controlar a los líderes para una comunidad y los mecanismos para sustituirlos. Como seres vivos que somos, humanos y animales tenemos algunos problemas idénticos. La solución a estos problemas puede estar involucrada en una dinámica natural inherente de la vida que la Filosofía del Derecho debe saber cómo reconocer.
