Abstract
We report a patient with Schwartz-Jampel syndrome. The presence of dissociated vertical deviation was not previously refereed in the ophthalmic literature. The diagnosis can be suspected when congenital blepharophimosis is associated with muscle wasting, limitation of movements and poor facial expression. Typical electromyography aid to the diagnosis.
