Abstract

The article critically analyzes the early warning systems of two relevant legal systems of Continental European Law that are pioneers in this matter, the French and German legal systems, and focuses on the study of their latest advances as a result of the transposition of the 2019 Directive. /1023 on preventive restructuring frameworks.
