Sustainable development goals

Abstract

This article presents an educational artistic action that links two educational centers: the Francisco Ibáñez Rural School and the Education of the University from Alcalá. Both located in the province of Guadalajara. One of the most unpopulated territories at national and even European level, with regions that have an average of less than 2 habitants/km². Through this case study we aim to find and share images that expose other forms, systems and cultures that can reconstruct in a real, complete and diverse way the collective imagination that we have of both rural environments (and therefore their schools) as well as as well as Art Education in teacher training schools. Through active, artistic and intergenerational methodologies that recover and reactivate the links between teachers and students of different levels and educational spaces. Interventions carried out in a collective, cooperative and participatory manner, to produce a living, accessible and common culture that has stimulated inter and intrapersonal relationships and has fostered the feeling of roots and identity, both individual and community.
