Resumen
El Síndrome de Sjögren se caracteriza por la sequedad de ojos y boca, y provoca cansancio prematuro ante cualquier tipo de actividad y la fatiga. Sin embargo, no existen aún estudios científicos sobre el efecto del ejercicio físico en pacientes con síndrome de Sjögren. En patologías con alteraciones similares, el ejercicio físico ha ayudado a mejorar. En este artículo se pretende ofrecer una serie de pautas para que los pacientes con síndrome de Sjögren realicen ejercicio físico y mejoren su calidad de vida sin riesgo de perjudicar su salud.
