Laburpena

Sjögren's syndrome is characterized by dry eyes and mouth, causing premature fatigue with physical activity. However, there are no scientific studies on the effect of exercise in patients with Sjögren's syndrome. In diseases with similar disorders, physical exercise has helped to improve patient life. This article aims to provide a set of guidelines for patients with Sjögren's syndrome engage in physical activity and improve their quality of life without risk of damaging their health.
