Abstract
A comparative study on the origins and characteristics of the statutes and standing rules of the Colegio Real de San Felipe y San Marcos of Lima (Peru). As a partial conclusion, the author posits a high degree of deviation from the common Hispanic tradition present in the Constituciones of the Spain Colleges.
