Abstract

This investigation defines and delimits the concepts of Devinsing Theatre creating a theoretical and methodological setting of application to improve team and projectbased work in four areas: education, business, art and social action. In order to do this we have identified and collected the essential characteristics of this artistic trend, and we have systematized the methodology shared by propossals developed in different moments and with diverse origins and objectives. Through case study, comparative and documental analysis, we have confirmed the utility when applying this methodology, improving the creative results in project-based and team work. Our final aim: offering a systematized work tool for artists, teachers, social workers, or team managers.
