Zusammenfassung
En este trabajo se ha realizado una revisión de la literatura existente respecto a la medición de la pobreza. Se describe la evolución histórica que ha tenido el concepto de pobreza, así como los distintos umbrales o líneas de pobreza que se utilizan en los estudios de cuanticación de la pobreza. El lector puede ver, además, los principales indicadores de pobreza que diferentes autores han construido desde principios del siglo XX hasta nuestros días Con la intención de cuanticar un fenómeno tan complejo como es el que constituyen la pobreza y la desigualdad.
