Aportaciones al estudio y desarrollo de la documentación sanitariapropuesta de un modelo para el sistema de documentación sanitaria en Colombia

Resumo

A sanitary system is functional and efficient if its parts and components allow information flow and exchange. This information must have some key properties in order to allow the joined functions of this system. The postulates of the documentation applied to health, as well as the principles of the quality, they offer a very favorable stage in order to develop solutions to problems related with the sanitary information. The Colombian health care system is continuously involved in a process of change and transformation that impacts communication channels, and data management and use for administrative purposes. This doctoral thesis includes a practical and stepwise proposal that could be implemented with little investment. The main goal of the models proposed in this thesis are focused on offering better quality of care and in improving satisfaction among users of health care services.
