Resumo
The present work tries to approach the possibilities and the advantages of the educational innovation in the scope of the use of the TIC, being valued the present deficiencies and the existing barriers the real and efficient implantation of formation tools e-Learning in the Spanish public universities. Dividing of the present situation analysis of the university in matter TIC and e-Learning, from a critical point of view, we enumerated the barriers for the implementation of new advanced models, proposing the directives that will allow to use this to obtain the differentiation and the efficiency wished in the university scope
