Abstract
In the present investigation the data have been analyzed of personal of a company by means of a traverse section in the year 1996. In particular the distribution of wages has been studied along the hierarchical structure, professional careers and compensation. The effect of the union affiliation has been equally analyzed and significant, those workers belonging to an union perceive bigger wages that those that he are not, however this affiliation effect doesn't influence for the definition of the professional career. Personnel's politicians describes in the literature of the internal labors markets, such as entrance ports, lingering professional careers, they have been contrasted. The wages are strongly bound with the categories. The relationship between wage and category is in a convex way, consistent with the compensation theories and hierarchy
