Bases para estimar el contenido de humedad en plantas mediterráneas a partir de la teledetección

Resumo
Se analizan espectros de laboratorio correspondientes a diferentes especies mediterráneas, en el rango de 0,4 a 2,5 mm para distintos contenidos de humedad. Las especies escogidas fueron tres tipos de arbustos: Jara, brezo y romero (Cistus ladanifer, Erica australis y Rosmarinus officinalis), dos de árboles: Quejigo y rebollo (Quercus faginea y Quercus pyrenaica) y pasto. Al reducirse el contenido de agua de la vegetación, hemos observado, como tendencia general, una escasa sensibilidad en las bandas del visible (VIS), una disminución de la reflectividad en infrarrojo cercano (IRC), nítida en algunas especies y ligera en otras, y un aumento de la reflectividad en el infrarrojo medio (IRM). Parece obvio que los cambios afectan de modo diverso a las plantas en función del tamaño y morfología de sus hojas, y de la proporción de cubierta verde.
