Coastlines changes along the time due to both natural and anthropical activity (ports, coastal dikes, etc.). On the other hand, the urban grown trigger and increase the modifications on the coastlines, what could produce important economic, natural, and biological losses. In Geological and Coastal Engineering and Coastal Management is important to know which will be the evolution of the coastlines in the future in order to re-design the coastal constructions, to mitigate the impact of the already constructed ones, and to manage the use of the land. The mathematical modelling is therefore an interesting research and educative tool in the study of the evolution of this geological environment, and a simple approach of coastal geology to the students, since a mathematical point of view.
