Abstract
This paper deals with the influence that technology innovation process is producing on Labour Law and, more precisely, on the contract of employment. The authors emphasis that the technology innovation process is forcing the adaptation of Spanish Labour Law to more favourable working conditions, through the action of the Work Tribunals and the collective bargaining agreements. In this first part of the paper, the authors also describe the recent reforms of the Spanish safety and health of workers at work legislation, reforms that have been impulsed (among other reasons) by the new risks created by modern technology.
