Résumé
Some months ago, the paperwork relating to numerous cases of gender violence which had been tried in nearby courtrooms was found in rubbish containers. This paperwork contained a great amount of personal data. Could this have been avoided if there were better regulation in place regarding Gender Violence Courts? This article is an attempt to answer that question on the basis of a number of postulates of Legislation Theory related to the pragmatic rationality of the regulation.
