Resumen

Industrial property rights are capable of transfers and other business. That means different ways to use and to exploit these rights in the market, each of them with particular advantages and problems. One possible way of exploitation is by means of its capitalization in a company as an object of consideration other than cash, an issue with great interest regarding public and private limited liability companies in order to check the requirements of the asset contributions to the capital. Also to explore new conceptions trying to harmonize the principle of integrity with the functions of the capital (guarantee and productivity) and with the particularities of these intangible assets, highly business orientated and respect of which it has a huge interest contributions consisting only in using rights.
