Resum
This paper focuses on the reforms made to the Spanish Insolvency Law by the RDL 9/2009, which has affected the insolvency procedure of credit institutions. The paper is aimed to point out the new legal keys regarding banks¿s insolvency in connection with the Spanish framework for restructuring the banking sector. This framework has been stablished by the RDL 9/2009 and completed by some later RDL.
