Abstract
In this article, I am going to study the specific normative about the properties of the insolvent spouse, because there is a specific economic matrimonial system to affect this situation. So, I will study how to affect the community property of the marriage to the properties that integrate the active mass or what the specific rules when the spouse not insolvent takes over different things with a price. At the end of this article, I will study the regulation of familiar house.
