Abstract

Diagnosis in Allergology is based on clinical history and supported on in vivo tests. In vitro tests usually are used to diagnose immediate reactions when a disagreement between anamnesis and in vivo tests exists, a life-threatening reaction has happened, or the patient skin integrity is altered. Actually, these tests are continuously amplifying knowledge concerning to both cellular and molecular components, as well as, to environmental and genetic individual levels.
