Abstract

Based in part on analysis of the nature of the Active Insertion Income and the common features of the different groups of unemployed persons with special economic needs and difficulty in securing employment the study focuses on the characteristics of that social assistance regarding victims of gender and domestic violence, who have a differential treatment in relation to other target groups, placing a particular emphasis on the analysis of the different legal forms of accreditation from being people suffering from gender violence and in the interpretative problems that have arisen in the praxis and jurisprudence overt the applicable law about this matter by revealing the doubts identified by some of these accrediting evidences of that quality.
