New technologies, especially the Internet, are the tools used by children. Undoubtedly it has a very beneficial effect, especially in education. However, the network is not without dangers that must be fought primarily through proper education in their use and effective measures to protect minors form. At European level, there are multiple actions regarding the protection of minors in the digital environment. It has been evolved in recent years and it is trying to maintain a balance between fundamental rights and the necessary protection of minors.
