Last July was held the 24th General Conference of the International Council of Museums (ICOM- UNESCO), in Milan, under the subject: Museum and Cultural Landscapes. This meeting was organized a Special Program dedicated to Ecomuseums and Community Museums. In the following pages we will do reflection of how the new museology has evolved until this meeting and what were the main contributions from this ICOM meeting, where La Ponte-Ecomuséu was involved.
