Abstract/Introduction The electrocardiographic record of rhythm or conduction alterations in a patient is key when attributing the symptoms presented to possible alterations that justify the adoption of an attitude that can vary enormously, from the observation to the implantation of an urgent pacemaker. Diagnosis Although in some cases the alteration is easily recorded as a permanent disorder, in others the paroxysmal and unpredictable character makes it necessary to use prolonged recording devices.
