Resumen
Abstract/Introduction The detailed interrogation of the characteristics of the episodes of palpitations may offer a diagnosis of suspicion that is subsequently confirmed in a large number of cases. Diagnosis Although cases in which the pictures are prolonged, the alteration is easily recorded, but in others it is frequent that the arrhythmia causing the symptoms is never recorded. In some of these cases the electrophysiological study aimed at the induction and study of arrhythmia may be useful.
