Abstract

The right to good administration has gone from being a guiding principle to becoming an indisputable fundamental right of the citizen right now and it has been inserted since 2000 by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, when it was proclaimed in Nice, within the Title corresponding to citizenship rights.
