Zusammenfassung

This presentation of the VII Seminar on Language and Communication is a summary of the conferences that were delivered in them. All these speeches dealt jointly with the issues related Language, Literature and Teaching. In the first one, M. C. Fernández, examines the presence of classical authors in the Spanish manuals as a foreign language. Behind her, J. Rubio dealt with the teaching of language in the Middle Ages. Next, R. Acquaroni makes several proposals for the teaching of poetry in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. R. A. Martín Vegas proposes a method of commentary based on the lexical connections of the text that is more faithful to the principle of coherence that determines it. On his behalf, J. V. Piqueras commented on several poems of grammatical subject taken from his work, Yo que tú. At last, D. Porto presents an overview of the Theory of Conceptual Metaphor.
