Abstract
We describe a case of bilateral choroidal osteoma in a young woman. The characteristic findings corresponding with other reported cases in the literature. Clinical picture, ultrasonography and computerized tomography findings were key to establishing the diagnosis. During eight year's follow-up, there was observable growth in the tumor size. This is the first case of bilateral choroidal osteoma reported in Spain.
