Zusammenfassung
The work is transforming intensely due to the new forms of organization and labor management. The new economic and business context conditions the development of new forms of work organization. The managerial powers of the entrepreneur are undergoing profound transformations due to the application of the new inter-company collaboration systems. These systems are supported, in many cases, by the multinational and global business model, which intervenes in the economy under international networks. The organizational changes of the productive activity and the management of the human resources are affected intensely by the application of the new business doctrines and by the globalization of the economy. This studio analyzes the repercussion of the international role of the multinationals, the business collaboration relations produced in the countries where they operate and the effectiveness of the private controls of corporate social responsibility. This paper studies the impact of the failure of private controls on compliance with international labor rules. It is necessary to advance in a new model of labor relations, which allows to contain the problems derived from the work model imposed by the new economy.
