Abstract
The work reflects on basic concepts for school integration of immigrant students and presents instruments designed for research in school contexts with the aim of improving the attention offered to students who access the educational system from languages and cultures different from that of instruction.The multidisciplinary approach is based on primary data corpus and information tools updated, in order to make methodological proposals appropriate to the present needs in the classrooms of compulsory education.
