Resumen

Argentina seems to be condemned to the repetition of "illusion and disenchantment´s cycles". Then, it is possible to understand how a country that occupied leadership positions at the beginning of the 20th century, attracting very varied resources and becoming an example of what could be get if established and defended a certain country project, today are in a decadence that it seems to have no end. Under this scenario, it is important to analyze how macroeconomic performance has been during the Macri Administration, at the same time as highlighting how the result obtained is included in the almost obligatory evolution of the last forty years, a process that, with some exceptions, has not been able to overcome the chaotic dynamic that has characterized it.
