Resumo

In this paper we are going to try to analyze and comment on the main changes that are going to take place in the social and economic life of the European Union as a result of the United Kingdom leaving the UE. We will examine to what extent citizens will be affected, and the impact it will have on businesses on both sides. Finally, we will study the different options that the possibility of consolidating a future commercial and economic association may generate, knowing that this is the great objective pursued by the United Kingdom in its relationship with Europe, inside or outside the inalienable process of construction of a true political Union, through the integration of the economies of the different Member States.
