Zusammenfassung
This paper analyzes the failed governance model of labor informality. It is necessary to face a new challenge in relation to the protection of work with rights. The issue being addressed is undoubtedly essential in today's world, where there is a clear disaffection with the classic notion of declared and protected work, defended by the Social States of Law. Throughout this study, different aspects that are relevant from the perspective of the effects of informality in the economy will be presented. This happens with the generation of new margins of inequality in the labor markets, as well as in the appearance of new situations of social exclusion. in our current societies.
