Resumen
This study analyzes the international projection of the universal labor guarantee proposed by the ILO to ensure a decent future at work for the next generations. The universal labor guarantee is institutionally linked to the open debate on the centenary of the ILO, on the occasion of the discussions on the future of work. This paper highlights the main objectives related to the universal labor guarantee. This protective figure presents itself as an extremely ambitious goal, which seeks to promote favorable policies for the development of decent work in the world. Similarly, it should be noted that the reflections on this new impulse to the labor protection model go beyond the current scenario and are inevitably projected on the future of work, especially in relation to the achievement of social justice in an increasingly world of work unsupportive and convulsive.
