Resumo

Checking the body temperature of workers when accessing the workplace has been presented as a more restriction derived from the coronavirus pandemic. This paper analyzes the guarantees and limits to the development of this type of test. These controls have a special projection from the point of view of the privacy of workers, as well as the protection of personal sensitive data. This intimate sphere conflicts with the needs of prevention and containment of coronavirus infections, modulating the ordinary limits related to the defense of the protection of workers' health data.
