Resum

This paper analyzes a case of sexual harassment at work disclosed by social media, in order to offer some recommendations for the future management of psychosocial risks. This study reviews the possible legal consequences of sharing a private video of sexual content with co-workers on WhatsApp. This case of cyberbullying subsequently caused the suicide of the affected worker, due to the suffering derived from the massive disclosure to the company’s staff.
