Abstract
The pandemic generated by the outbreak of an unknown coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, which causes the disease known as COVID19, poses various situations of vulnerability that affect infected people and people who have developed symptoms. The contagion and development of the disease has been produced by the existence of some social determinants of health that negatively affect the rights that people have to freely decide which medical interventions are to be carried out on their body (principle of autonomy); not to suffer any harm or to be unnecessarily exposed to risks (principle of non-maleficence); and not to be discriminated (principle of justice).
