Résumé

The objective of the following pages is to establish the hypothesis that the idea of heritage and museum traumatic events such as warfare, genocide, terrorist attacks, victims, etc., is a responsibility with the interpretation of the past and with its usability in the construction of the societies of the future with which they will live cognitively and affectively. This responsibility is undertaken by managing the different memories and agents that produce them from listening and empathy. This study will be approached from the analysis of one of our contemporary realities, terrorism and its visibility in museums. For this, the research carried out on the interpretive and museum media in the Imperial War Museum, the Royal Air Force and the National Army Museum of the United Kingdom will be used as an example
