Abstract
Legal and Forensic Medicine comes from a branch of medicine that applies all the medical, administrative, judicial, ethical and related sciences knowledge, to the development and perfection of the Law, medical assistance and professional medical activities. With historical basis such as the Code of Hammurabi from 1700 a.C, to the arrival in Spain with authors such as Pedro Mata, it’s considered a science with a very rich history and quite different depending on the country.
