Abstract
This work analyses the protection mechanisms of economic operators as well as the general principles in the field of freedom of establishment and movement established in the Law of the European Unión and contained in Law 20/2013, of December 9th, Guarantee of the Market Unity. Specifically, it examines the procedures that establish an alternative to administrative appeals before the Secretariat of the Council for the Market Unity and the novelties that the Market Unity Guarantee Law introduces in relation to these mechanisms. The essay also contains a systematization of the reports issued by the Secretariat of the Council for the Market Unity and the judgments issued so far by the National High Court.
