Abstract

Right lower quadrant abdominal pain is a frequent cause of consultation in Emergency Care Units. Given their multiple differential diagnostics, many of them of urgent etiology, their management is a diagnostic challenge. In this paper, we review the literature and propose a diagnostic algorithm in order to facilitate the management of this clinical picture.
