Abstract

On November 23, 1221, the future King Alfonso X was born in Toledo. We commemorate, therefore, in this year of 2021 the VIII Centenary of that event. The Revista de poética medieval has wanted to join the celebrations by dedicating the issue that now sees the light to it, in which ten specialists from different fields of study have collaborated, meeting with the purpose of offering the reader a varied panorama of the works carried out under the reign of the Wise King or in his time, in a very broad geographical and chronological framework.
