Resum

The skin is one of the main targets through which adverse drug effects manifest. The incidence of these reactions is rising due to the progressive availability of a greater number of drugs. Clinically, these drugs can trigger any type of skin reaction, from the mildest, such as nonspecific morbilliform exanthematous drug eruption, to severe reactions such as toxic epidermal necrolysis. When faced with toxicoderma, clinical suspicion is fundamental to making an early diagnosis and identification of the drug suspected to be responsible for the reaction in order to suspend it
