Abstract

In recent years, procedural reforms have been carried out that have resulted in the reduction of judicial protection of rights, in general, and fundamental rights, in particular. This work is a reflection on the effects of the reform of the appeal for “amparo”, the appeal for “casación” and the nullity of proceedings.
