Laburpena

When appropriate therapeutic measures for obesity and overweight are implemented, response rates are suitable. Therapeutic approach has to be multidisciplinary, based on scientific evidences, and adjusted to each patient according to its severity. Proper evolution requires adequate treatment adherence representing the biggest therapeutic challenge. Therapeutic measures include: dietary guidelines, lifestyle changes, physical exercise and pharmacological treatments. Surgery is the best option in resistant obesity.
