Abstract

The interest in the consciousness of time in the cultural production of exile allows literary studies to focus on the representations of exile temporality in narrative discourse. The analysis of two short stories by Segundo Serrano Poncela demonstrates the possibilities of representing exile as a critical temporality against modern presenteeism.
