Resumo

This proposal consists in reference architecture for the integrated production management, which allows the access to the required information about the state of the productive process and the development of the business processes´ intelligent automation. This architecture is composed by a standardized production information access schema, an ontological framework and a business processes automation mechanism, based on distributed artificial intelligence techniques, specifically multi-agent systems and electronic institutions.
