Abstract

This paper analyzes some of the main trends affecting the future of work. Labor relations are changing very quickly, in an increasingly complex world. In this context, it is especially important to anticipate and be prepared to better assimilate the changes imposed by a new reality. Certainly, we must ask ourselves about the key aspects that will condition labor relations in the future. From this perspective, the present work studies the problem of employment and the maintenance of legal-labor protective rules, the new forms of company management, the profile of the new occupations, the representative function of the unions, the forms of participation in companies and, in general, the social repercussions that this new scenario is causing to society as a whole.
