Resumen

A case of a 50-year-old woman who came to the Rheumatology Department of theHospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias from Primary Care due to triphasic Rynaud's Syndrome of 1 year of evolution. In the anamnesis for connective tissue disease, xerophthalmia, xerostomia and dysphagia for solids of months of evolution were highlighted. After performing the relevant complementary tests, she met the criteria for diagnosis of Dermatomyositis, Sjögren's syndrome, Fibromyalgia and CREST syndrome (calcinosis, Rynaud, esophageal dysfunction and Sclerodactyly). During the monthly follow-up, the patient consulted for generalized musculoskeletal pain that revealed positivization of anti-citrullinated peptide antibodies.
